Could someone give a reference about analyzing MGG stained cells through giving photo of identified cell types 'likely mussels blood cells: hemocytes' (type of the cell, the color of characterizing compartiment), thanks in advance.
With the May Grunwald you can see the cytoplasm pink, the nucleus violet, the granules dark violet-blue (basic) non-stained (neutral); pink (eosinophyl). If you refer to coelomocytes, probably the phagocytic vesicles are acid and stained dark violet-blue
