Creo que la inversión, los profesionales y las leyes son necesarias para la mejora, pero tanto en su país como en el mio o en el de cualquiera, creo que debe asentarse una buena base, me explico. Para mí esa base tiene que estar fundamentada por personas que se dediquen a este ámbito, ¿cómo una persona que no sepa nada de medicina puede estar a cargo de legislar o de dirigir el ministerio de sanidad? Por eso mismo, es necesario que las personas que legislen sepan del ámbito, y no que muchas veces, al menos en mi país, lo hagan personas que no conocen el mundo de la docencia. De ahí, tiene que haber una buena revisión bibliográfica, por los encargados, para encontrar una base lo suficientemente fuerte como para poder asentar un proyecto educativo que pueda tener un mínimo de garantías. y por último, creo que el proyecto tiene que tener continuidad, por ejemplo, en mi país las leyes que salen sobre educación presentan dos grandes problemas, el primero es que el gobierno de turno tiene que tumbar el sistema educativo del gobierno anterior si o si, pues parecen que no pueden reconocer que el otro gobierno haya hecho nada bueno, y segundo, que es consecuencia del anterior, no hay una legislación (o proyecto) que dure más que el gobierno en cuestión, por lo que nunca llega a haber un proyecto a largo tiempo.

El ejemplo de estas simples 3 medidas, y sus resultados, podemos encontrarlo en Singapur, un país en que el gobierno te puede gustar más o menos, pero que desde hace años optó por buscar una solución al problema en educación y ha demostrado resultados más que óptimos. También hay que decir, que como todo, tienen muchas cosas que mejorar, como por ejemplo el ejercer tanta presión a los alumnos desde tan pequeños, pero creo que en medio siglo han tenido un avance considerable partiendo de la nada.
