I realize that some authors used different standard curves in spectrometeric/ colorimetric enzyme assay in order to account for the adsorption that some of the biochar had on the product of the reaction.
How can such standard curve be constructed?
Typically, the spectrophotometer is 'zeroed' using a sample blank (everything except the enzyme) that has an absorption at the wavelength of interest.
I want a model that is balanced with accuracy or speed, faster rcnn has high accuracy while yolo have fast speed. i am thinking to combine them to get a hybrid model to achieve both speed and accuracy
