I had florescence Rhodamine 123 results for my control and experiment groups including cancer cells, resistant cells and control cells treated with different drug concentrations. I also measured both control and experiment groups protein concentration by using BSA assay. How I combine both results? Please give equation for my results. Thank you..
Have you done a fluorescence spectroscopy? Is yes then you may have some values given by the spectrometer. You can normalize those values with the number of cells you have used per assay (in case if the cell number per group is different). Else you can plot those values in an X-Y plot with Arbitrary fluorescence values on Y-axis (the numbers given by the spectrometer).
It is always better to do a fluorescence microscopic examination side-by-side of spectroscopy to add another proof of data where you can show that the fluorescence intensity (red color) is different in various experimental groups. You can count the high red and low red cells per focus and then make a plot accordingly.

Rhodamine 123 is a mitochondrial specific fluorescent dye. Therefore, you probably obtain differences between the situations of the mitochondria of your three different groups through the results of fluorescence spectrometer.
in agreement with above answers, moreover, in the BSA assay, it depends on which protein was measured for investigating of alive or dead cells. so, you can relates results of two tests. in other words, depend on your goal in two test you can relates results of them.
