I want to compare with the perception of social responsibility with the tourists and hotel staff. For both of them I want to practice questionnaires. For the staff we plan to find dimentions about the corporate social responsibility (Economic, legal, ethical, discretionary, emloyees, customers, society, government, natural environment, next generation). And for he tourists, we plan to find how hotel customers perceive hotel CSR performance, the hotel’s efforts on promoting CSR, hotel expertise, and what the hotel customer’s satisfaction level is under the influence of CSR, and finally, whether these socio-demographic variables affect the customers’ future purchase intention or not . Are there anybody who has worked about this topic and has original idea ?
