How B Factor and Eigenvalue could analyze the stability/deformability of a Protein-protein complexed molecule ??

Here, we have used IMOD simulation server for checking one of the protein-protein complexed molecules. But, we are facing troubles in the result section. IMOD has given B Factor and Eigenvalue of our docked molecule, but no threshold level has been mentioned for result interpretation.
