i simulated a geometry in ansys cfx, i want define thermal conductivity that is function of three variables,these variables are in an excel file in each time step, so ansys should read theses variables in each time step and replace in thermal conductivity correlation. can do it?

I have had with my student in the past an incompatibility to read a CAD Solidworks file with Ansys where the read was possible but not completely.
You can also check if it is possible with Ansys new releases.
The best way is to use Ansys in batch mode programming with the software environments.
You need to generate an Ansys commands file. In this case, I am sure that it is possible to read (with C or Fortran or ...) an excel file and to write the corresponding Ansys data file to be directly run.

It is possible to define expression in Ansys CFX and set that as either Workbench input or output parameter (refer to link 1) and manipulate that workbench input parameter using Python which enables reading values from Excel or whatever file format. But, The problem is that when you read the parameter, then that parameters stays the same through out the analysis and CFX doesn't read that parameter at different time step.

In CFX you can define all the variables as functions of spatial and temporal variables or other variables. Thermal Conductivity is a property of the material. It can be considered as a constant value or a function of temperature (or other variables that influence the material properties) and spatial variables (like composite materials). But It must not be defined straight as a function of time.
As I understand you need that CFX changes the material in each step according to a tabled data. Your table has 4 columns, a thermal conductivity column, a time column, and the rests columns for two other variables. Your information is incomplete but generally, It's hard to define a variable like this in CFX. Maybe you need to use Fortran to accomplished this. However, you could insert your tabled data using Table Function or Profile Data Function.
