I intend producing quality steel including reinforcement bars from end of life scraps, bearing in mind the possibility of accumulations of trace elements like copper, zinc etc which gave negatively impact on the steel quality i need to subject my scraps that that sourced municipally to selection based on source, pre-cleaning process and trace element removal from melt and possibly ladle treating whether degassing, vacuum treatment prior to casting. Meanwhile before going into physical melting i need to do virtual melting i.e modelling the actual process and the validate it through physical melting in an electric arc furnace. I therefore need an app for the process. Can anybody recommend to me such an app.
