Dear all,

for a rather big project, I need to homogenize 600+ samples. So far, 5mL Eppendorf tubes have proven to be the most ideal for sampling, as 2mL tubes are too small and 15mL falcon tubes are too big and inconvenient (also due to freezer space). Now I am looking for a way to homogenize samples in 5mL tubes, but can't seem to find a way that ensures an uninterrupted freezing process. Does anyone know of a high-throughput way? Available machines in my lab are "Tissue Lyser II" by Qiagen and several vortexes.

Thank you all in advance!

Ben
