I have started doing some bilateral micro-infusions of different drugs in the striatum of mice, using cannula. The goal is to target with the drug as much as possible of the dorsolateral striatum: hence we have to different sites of injection per hemisphere (different A/P coordinates), and two depths for each site.

How much volume do you think it is reasonable to deliver for each site (the vehicle is saline with 2.5% of ethanol or 10% DMSO)?
