Parameters for BHK-21 cells on Countess 3 Automated Cell Counter?

Hi All,

I have recently acquired a ThermoFisher Automated Cell Counter (Countess 3).

I am trying to input the parameters/gating for the cell line BHK-21 for the machine to identify live and dead cells correctly.

Does anyone here have experience with this cell line on this machine and might be able to share their parameters/gating please?
