Hi there, I am looking for buffers for HaloTag ligand incorporation in the live cells. Can you plz tell me some possible solutions?

I am planning to use sterile solution of HEPES first and I will also try on PBS. I just need to know if there some more of such buffers which can keep the live alive until experiment is done.
