Hello! there, I need a substance which can dissolve in water immediately say 5 sec?

I tried sugar which has a very good solubility ~2000 g/L but the dissolution rate is not that great. If you have any material on top of your head, please share. Thank you all.

Hi there, I am looking for buffers for HaloTag ligand incorporation in the live cells. Can you plz tell me some possible solutions?

I am planning to use sterile solution of HEPES first and I will also try on PBS. I just need to know if there some more of such buffers which can keep the live alive until experiment is done....
