Hi, may i know for Ramsey RESET test the significance level must be 5% ? if the result i get is 0.01 is it acceptable? or anyone have any reference link about this? thanks a lot~
.01 means 1%, this is lower (and thus more significant) than 5%. So if you have determined that your critical significance level is 5% or lower, than a result of .01 would be considered significant.
