e but obviously i cant add the ALL PLATES as one of them was run at 10 mins holding time then after 7 mins the machine stopped due to emergency then i opened it again after a min and iu sat the holding time for 3 mins only so i cant combine the plates for analysis any help?
If the power went out on your PCR machine, then I'd be inclined to just restart that experiment (especially if it was in the middle of a thermal cycle). If the power went out at the holding step (the very last step, usually 12C or 4C), then your cycling is pretty much complete and you can use that plate (if you have any other downstream assay to do, I'm not sure if your PCR is your endpoint or not).
Its better to restart the experiment from the begins. As because you dont know how many cycles have been completed. If you wants actual results, its always asked to run the full cycle simultaneously.
