Your table is correct, with the dependent variable across the top and independent as a column. But just include mean values and standard error. The ANOVA is depicted in a different table and significant interactions should be described in the text :)

Apart from the fact that it seems strange why you summarize 3 values (!) be 2 statistics (mean and SD), the data are obviousely not homoscedastic, and the analysis of absolute differences is not very meaningful. I also wonder about the meaning(interpretation of the test of the simple hypotheses given you have an interaction.
