3. How to interpret the readings as results with calculation steps with reference articles means thats too good.
4. The basics about this adsorption study and its calculations. Because i read so many articles about adsorption of dyes using my compound. therefore i got to many confusions.

To study the parameters that affect adsorption, one parameter changed and the others have to be set
E.g. pH:
Prepare solutions with different pH (1-12) with the same volume, same adsorbate and adsorbent concentrations, and left to the same time (e.g. 30 min)
After adsorption process, filter the adsorbent and then measure the concentration Ce
You can calculate %adsoeption as:
%R = [(C0 - Ce)/C0] × 100
Where C0 initial concentration
Or you can calculate capacity in mg adsorbate per g adsorbent:
Qe = [(C0 - Ce) × V] / Q
Q adsorbent amount in g
V solution volume in liter
The conventration should in mg/l

I have read the documents from what you have replied my question but, still I need of help for the following questions. Please guide me through proper way.
1. In adsorption study, before the determination of dye concentration standardization of dye concentration is required?
2. How to fix the adsorbent concentration specifically?
3. During adsorption study the volume of dissolved adsorbate and adsorbent is same?
e.g: 10µg/ml of dye with 100mg/ml of adsorbent
20µg/ml of dye with 100mg/ml of adsorbent
30µg/ml of dye with 100mg/ml of adsorbent
It means that can we use total volume of 1ml solution with triplicates instead of 25ml.
4. Is every time intervals the agitated mixture needs to be centrifuge before taking of supernatant?
5. What is the actual calculation for Langmuir and Freundlich plot?
For No 1:
Firstly you have to prepare a calibration curve (C vs A) which shoul be linear (R2 > 0.9), the idea to know your linear range of concentration and the detection limits
After that you measure the absorbance before and after adsorption , then calculate the concentration from the calibration curve:
C = A/slope
For No 2:
This parameter should should be optimized, start for example with 2 g/l till 20 g/l
Note: you have to calculate the weight of adsorbent according to your final volume (25 or 50 ml for example)
