My project is on DNA delivery using mucopolysaccharidosis type 1(MPS 1) cell lines. I'm in dire need of transformed cell lines from laboratories that have transformed the MPS 1 cells.
I doubt any company will be able to do that for you as you first need access to patient sample. But in fact there is a EBV transformed MPS1/Hurler-Scheie syndrome cell line from Coriell, this is GM01032

The only subtype of MPS1 that does seem to have a transformed cell line availavle is MPS1/Scheie.
