Hi guys, I'm looking for MPS 1 transformed cell line. Coriell has primary cells but they are difficult to transfect?

My project is on DNA delivery using mucopolysaccharidosis type 1(MPS 1) cell lines. I'm in dire need of transformed cell lines from laboratories that have transformed the MPS 1 cells.
