Hi, good morning. I want to ask if some of you have experience in isolating bone marrow cells from fetal mice? Is it suitable to use the same method as adult mice such as flushing technique for femur and tibia to yield higher number of cells

what day of pregnancy?. Procedure should be same, But you will get very less in number per fetus. You will need hundreds of fetuses to get some good numbers
