Hi everyone. So I'm trying to locate nanoparticles inside plant tissues. Is there a technique I could use that can detect them without sectioning?

I need a rapid protocol for the detection of any spectral signature of nanoparticles inside plant tissues without necessarily sectioning the tissue. Is it possible?
