I want to create a N.N which can learn person OS usage based on their use of application and data related to specific application's background time, usage frequency, usage time of the application (elapsed time) and foreground time of the application to predict scheduling of the processes and memory requirements.
This neural network can help predict user behaviour and pre scheduled its working and system instructions rather than working on real time, to create a faster system response.

Of course, different users use the OS on differing levels. Sometimes, I am on the computer a lot during the day and the night. Other days, I do not power up or login at all. There are commands which I do no recall, but an OS is made of timers and counters. I just tried at the C:\ prompt ---

This is a start. The logon times would need to be tracked every 24 hours with some type of script. I have a question posed on RG on how a neural network can be created using an excel spreadsheet. No answers yet. Any ideas? Thank you again!
