You can determine cDNA concentration spectroscopically, compare with original concentration (cDNA from from RT).

Thanks, sadly we didnt check the concentration of the cDNA spectroscopically after the Synthesis.

Otherwise also, logically higher concentration one would be 1:5 dilution.
