@Peterson has given a good link. Panel data analysis is a broad area. Since it is a PhD work, I would suggest you to look for richer dataset in term of time and number of variables.
I will advice you go on YouTube to watch videos. Specifically, I want to recommend crunch econometrix for hands-on tutorials on panel data analysis.
