During the simulation of the network (Having 20+ Intersection)
Vissim shows some approaches very much congested (Pictures Atttached). Such rarely exists in real world. I would like to know if there are some parameters that can handle this issue?
P.S. I am not allowed to make any changes to the Road geometry

to avoid these kind of thing in VISSIM, you need to change the driving behavior in VISSIM mainly lateral behavior by ticking influence of vehicles in other lanes in driving behavior.
Maybe you should change the parameters related to lane-changeing behavior. If you are able to modify the OD-Matrix or Signal-Timing, then I recommend the latter solution.
Through the use of VISSIM, are you trying to simulate the actual condition in the field and if so, all the parameters related to traffic and road geometry should exactly replicate as that in the field, including the length of approaches. Looking at the first figure, some of the approaches appear to be very short and it is on these short approaches that vehicles are being generated. So try to generate the network (if not a fictitious one) exactly as that in the field along with the actual traffic flow and see if congestion occur or not. If congestion persists, try modifying the signal timings. And if you are worried only about the typical pattern of lane changing as highlighted in the last figure, try to modify the lane changing behaviour by changing parameters according to some well-established studies conducted on similar traffic conditions.
