How to create solid45 elements to an existing cad geometry?

I imported an 3D cad geometry in ansys. Now I want to create the mesh with solid45 element in workbench. How to proceed?

For the version 2023 R2, the Solid 45 element is an archived feature. See if the feature is archived for the version you're referring to as well. Solid 186 is a higher order version of Solid 45 that has been refined.
