actully here is more confusion that how should i calculate mortality after treatment i have set 4 replicates for treatment and one control in each concentration for 24 hours. after treatment how should calculate mortality by using average of mortality in all replicates or total dead count in replicates in each concenntrations. then after what formula should use % mortality only or corrected mortality.
actully i cannot understanding that why corrected mortality calculate if ....thanks.. kindly reply me fast
