Hello there, how can i coat thin layer of Gold on the surface of PDMS films using bright electroless gold plating solution?

I tried many times following drop-casting of electroless gold plating solution, but after wash, there is no more conductive layer. I also tried making the surface of PDMS polar using PDA. Can you please explain how I can successfully coat a stable gold layer over PDMS film?
