I fabricated nanocomposite using the sol-gel method with a mole ratio (1:1)
I want (10g) of the final product ZnO-TiO2( molar mass-161.246g/mol)
the calculations of the raw materials are as follows;
weight of ZnSO4.7H2O=(1*287.54 g/mol*10g)/(161.246g/mol)=17.83g
weight of TTIP=(1*284.219 g/mol*10g)/(161.246g/mol)=17.63g
I added NaoH into Zn solution with ratio (2:1);
weight of NaOH =(2*40 g/mol*10g)/(161.246g/mol)=4.96g

My calculation:
79,86/81,38=x/10-x approximately ZnO=4,95g TiO2=5,05g
287,56x4,95/81,38= = ZnSO4.7H2O = 17,48 g
TiO2 is also calculated like this:
284.22x5,05/79,86=TTIP=17,97
Used the formula g = MMxMxVolume(in litre)
g= gram of solute
MM= molar mass of solute
M = Molarity
Volume= in litre
