Hi Razwoan,

For measuring microRNA expression by RT-PCR, you would probably want to use stem-loop primers for the reverse transcription (RT) step (see https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21732315). If you wish to do TaqMan real-time RT-PCR and have the appropriate equipment, I have personally used the TaqMan Real-Time PCR Assays (http://www.thermofisher.com/uk/en/home/life-science/pcr/real-time-pcr/real-time-pcr-assays.html).
