Hello guys, does anyone here used “PCR Dig Probe Synthesis Kit”?

I generated the probe, and confirmed it by PCR (but I have to mention that the band was more like a cloud than a very strong band, Idk if it happen because of the size of the probe). After generating the probe I used it with the hybridization buffer suggested however I didn’t get any hybridization. Does anyone here worked with this kit and can give me some help?

Am I right it is fluorescent? I do think there was a middle section,specially probe and flourescence when there should be of extreme care. Sorry I have no skill with the kit.
