Hello everyone, please l need the gene sequence on OAT, P5CS, P5CR, PDH for mango, l used NCBI database but l could not get sequencing on these genes that l seek. so can anyone share with me other databases where l can get the sequence of these gene or direct me on how and where to get them.
You can try UNIprot for protein sequences and then check cross-references for gene sequences.
Papri Basak thank you, I did check this database I saw the sequence for some organisms, but I could not see the Sequence on P5CR, P5CS, PDH, OAT for mango. I need these sequence to make my primers can you please direct me on how to get them on this database please.

It is because there are less or no reports for these genes from mango, plus its genome is also not fully sequenced. You can try to search for the gene sequences from close relatives of mango, like try to get as much as information for the plants belonging to the clade Rosid, check their homology and then design the primers based on that. It will not match 100% but at least you can get your region of interest. You can afterwards get your clones sequenced.
