Hello everyone, Please I am trying to prepare a killer curve for my cell lines with puromycin, I need different concentration for the puromycin to be used, I am stocked on how to get this done, the journal I looked at wasn't explicit on how they arrived at the final concentration. I am having a stock concentration of 10mg/ml, and want different concentration of 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0 and 3.5 respectively, I will be glad if I am given the assistance needed. It is just a matter of simple math to calculate how much you need. However when you write 0.5, 1.0 etc do you mean ug/ml or mg/ml and secondly what is the final volume of culture media you are using.
