Hello Everyone, Can anyone help me with the protocol of culturing chicken primary pituitary cell culture along with cell culture images?

I am trying to culture pituitary gland tissue isolated freshly from the chicken. I have used 0.25% trypsin for homogenization of the tissue and the medium I used is DMEM-F12. Please suggest to me the protocol along with the images of cells.
