Thanks a lot for your kind response. But in this article gene expression is confirmed using SDS-PAGE and Western blotting with the anti-6x-histidine monoclonal antibody.

Thanks a lot for your kind response. But this article is not about gene expression and recombinant protein. My question is about the confirming of plant based recombinant protein production by only quantitative PCR (without performing western blot, or purifying recombinant protein by chromatography or SDS-PAGE).
