Hello, dear researchers. why the color converts from brown color into dark after 24 of bioreduction process of SNPs using certain plant ?

actually, i done this experiment in small scale and in this time the results were very good but when i wanted to make large amount (500 ml) the color become black and UV curve be in 500 nm instead of 430 nm.
