We are trying to use LCM for RNA extraction and our first hurdle that we cannot manage to jump is an issue with the tissues falling off of the slides. We are using positively charged slides for negatively charged tissues.

Should I use coated slides? Can I coat charged slides? And will this impact the RNA quality?
