In my understanding, its very difficult to do the nanofluid simulation using conventional DPM model in fluent as the the physics related to nanofluid is not well understood yet. Though you may use the attached file as a reference.
please look at this paper it is a CFD comparison between single phase model and multiphase modes and DPM one of those models that has a better prediction for nanofluids compared to other multiphase models. regards

I am getting converged solution in 3D pipe flow but there is not heat interaction between the particles and the fluid flowing although the interaction with continuous phase option is enabled?
