I have seen very fast tachycardia producing valve malfunction that has to be controlled on the table with drugs and temporary pacing leads. Subsequent treatment as necessary.

Either/both transient and permanent complete HB (3rd Deg) are known complications of (surgical) MVR. Not so much with WPW.
