My question concerns estrogen receptor levels in this cell line. I know that in normal breast cells, there are low levels of estrogen receptor, but could it be detected? Thanks a lot.
thanks..the problem is a little be complicated...normal breast tissue have low espression of estrogen receptor conseguently even normal breast "commercial"cells; but I've found a paper in which the authors find ER with C-terminus Ab but not with N-terminus Ab..my doubt is: there isn't or some authors not have used the right Ab?

Well, it depends which type of cell you are using type I express it but type II not.
