I am investigating the effect of micro- or nano-patterned substrates on neuronal guidance (specifcally in human cells) but when I explored the literature for micro- & nano-patterning it seemed to mainly be MSC cell types. We are using iPSCs-derived neuronal cells, which behave differently, so I wondered if there is any experience or previous literature looking at this field?
