Hello! I want to determine the activity of my in house Reverse Transcriptase enzyme. For this, I have used Thermo's Enzcheck Reverse Transcriptase assay kit. I used commercial Thermo RT enzyme to generate a standard curve ( I used the units 0.1 U - 0.5 U). Based on the standard curve, I can calculate the units of my enzyme. But how do I calculate unit/µl activity for my enzyme?

Hello, the reverse trascriptase catalytic activity defined as the amount of enzyme required to catalyze the incorporation of 1 nmol of dTTP into an acid-insoluble form in 10 minutes at 37 °C.
