I have been trying to stain both lymph node and tumor cells with this antibody to assess the expression of Sema-4A via Flowcytometry? I've tried some secondary antibodies, but none of them seem to work. Has anyone tried to use this antibody in flow cytometry? If so, which secondary antibody did you choose? 

I would also gladly accept recommendations of secondary antibody against "Mouse IgG1, λ" which is the isotype.
