Has anyone used the anti-SHP2 and -P(Y542)-SHP2 antibodies from Abcam (ref. a b76285 and ab62322) in WB?

Hi!

Has anyone used the anti-SHP2 and -P(Y542)-SHP2 antibodies from Abcam (ref. a b76285 and ab62322) in Western Blot?

They are supposed to give one band only, however we get two bands… which one is the good one?
