Has anyone used genomic DNA for Recombinase Polymerase Amplification Primer Screen ?

TwistDx the company which sells the TwistDx kits for RPA. It recommends using 40 copies of the target sequence for a primer screen. I understand 40 copies can be made by using Clone. Has anyone tried using the genomic DNA for primer screen?
