Has anyone used ELISA kits for enzyme activities detection in honey bee (Apis mellifera)?

Hello everybody,

I want to use ELISA kit to detect the enzyme activity in honey bee, I did not find specific kits for honey bee or insects. so can I use a general kits (species cross) with honey bee?
