Hi,

I have tried to detect cytokine (IL1-B, IL-6, IL-12, MCP-1, TNF-a) in supernatant from BMDM infected with mycobacterium tuberculosis (MOI:5, time point 24h) using Bioplex (Biorad multiplex kit). However, besides MCP-1, I had some issues detecting IL1-B, IL-6, IL-12, and TNF-a, including low reads. Therefore, I would appreciate it if someone could give some advice.
