I want to aspirate plasma, PBMCs, and lysed RBCs out of blood samples contained in microhematocrit capillary tubes. I need a more precise way than just blowing it out. Hamilton syringes might work?
As the previous replies note, "it's the only way to go" as it allows virtually no waste of plasma. And, when one's dealing with little birds/animals with limits on how much blood can safely be collected this is invariably important.
