Has anyone used a Hamilton syringe to aspirate blood/plasma out of microhematocrit capillary tubes?

I want to aspirate plasma, PBMCs, and lysed RBCs out of blood samples contained in microhematocrit capillary tubes. I need a more precise way than just blowing it out. Hamilton syringes might work?
