Has anyone tried to stain MRC5 cell membrane with Cholera Toxin B (CTB) conjugated with FITC?

I am trying to stain MRC5 cells with CTB-FITC to look at its membrane with confocal microscopy. I would appreciate if someone can share a protocol with me. In my first try I had a very weak and non specific results. I would appreciate any advice/help. Thank you in advance!
